It’s been pretty chilly out lately, but I still like to get outside to run. I’m not used to running in the cold, so it’s been very trial and error for me so far. Exercising in the cold demands a delicate balance.. if you don’t dress properly you’ll find yourself shivering or sweating too much the whole time. I decided to do some research and some testing and here’s what I’ve found out about running outside in the cold and how to layer.
Today I want to talk about gear. Having the right gear can help you and motivate you. Think about how you feel when you have on the “perfect” outfit.. when you’ve got everything matching, your favorite shoes on, you’re having a good hair day.. you just feel amazing! Am I right?
